Mr. Grabby and Nakey Boy

When I decided to take a picture of Glenn here, he was holding my cell phone up to his ear like he was listening to somebody... but then he saw the camera and dropped the phone in hopes of getting something better.

The below pictures were taken at Granna & Pada's lake house, at Rough River. We swam at the beach and went out on Grandpa's boat on Friday - Glenn's first boat ride, and he fell asleep about 1/4 of the way into it. Saturday, we went for a little jaunt in the paddle boat, and Glenn fell asleep again. Naturally, we forgot to take the camera along for those adventures. Go figure.

As we were getting ready to leave on Saturday, I decided to change Master Glenn's diaper and his clothes. Shirt came off and then the diaper. I was getting the new diaper ready to go under his tushie and he took off. (Notice what he is wearing? I don't know where he got his constant desire to wear shoes, but it sure didn't come from me...)

Yes, the diaper he's carrying is clean. No, he didn't "mark" any territory on his nakey jaunt. And yes, I realize that he's probably going to seriously dislike me for this picture later, but I did at least refrain from getting a frontal picture.

Contemplating... something. Still no diaper.
And trying to put a shoe back on, after I finally pinned him down for a dry diaper. This boy loves to wear shoes!

Kentucky State Fair

Glenn's first fair, and my first state fair in at least 10 years.

First stop was to see the "Mules & Jacks" - I showed my total lack of farm-animal knowledge when I repeatedly asked nobody in particular "What's the difference between a mule & a jack?" Scott didn't know, either, so he looked it up. Now we know.

Anyhow, the mules were absolutely gorgeous! I had no idea they were so big, and the ones we saw were all really gentle and most were lovin' the lovin' the visitors were showering upon them.

Does he look like he knows something nobody else does? Or is it just me?
Sleeping goats. Aren't they sweet?
Little bitty goats!
The black & white one in the middle/left was headbutting anybody who got near him. I think there was some other action going on near the gate, but I can't swear to it... (Everywhere we go, it seems we see animals procreating. What's up with that?)

These are cakes. Real cakes!! These were two of my favorites. There was also one that looked amazingly like a tree wearing it's fall colors, but I didn't get a picture of that one.

The Muppets

Jungle Cake

(Don't know why this one is so fuzzy...)

Danger Boy

Is there anything this boy won't do to get what he wants? (In this case, it's the toilet paper he wants.)

The answer would be, "No."

He climbed up there all on his own. I have no idea how, and don't think I want to know...
